PARTICIPATION IN THE BLACK FRIDAY CAMPAIGN IS FOR ALL CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASE A NEW ANNUAL CHAOS CORONA LICENSE (EXCL. ANNUAL LICENSES FOR EDUCATIONAL PRODUCTS) BETWEEN NOVEMBER 21, 10AM EEST AND NOVEMBER 29, 10AM EEST.
I. CHAOS BLACK FRIDAY CAMPAIGN
- The organizer of the promo campaign is "CHAOS SOFTWARE LTD" EOOD., UIC 204662149, with head office and address: 145 Tsarigradsko shose Blvd., Sofia Office Center, 12th floor, Sofia Bulgaria, 1784 ("Organizer", “Chaos” or “We”).
- Under the rules of the Chaos Corona Black Friday Campaign (“Promo Campaign”) any eligible customer who purchases an annual commercial Corona license (excl. Annual licenses for Educational products) (“Promo Product(s)”) will have the right to use the 20% off promo code, as further regulated by the terms and conditions hereby.
II. CAMPAIGN DURATION
3. The period during which Chaos clients can take advantage of the Promo Campaign starts on 21.11.2022 with a start time of 10:00 AM (EEST) and will continue until 29.11.2022 with an end time of 10:00 AM (EEST) unless there is a change according to paragraph 13.
III. TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMO ENGAGEMENT CAMPAIGN
4. Territory: worldwide, except for the countries where the Organizer may decide not to offer its products, as whole range or particular products only.
IV. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE BLACK FRIDAY PROMO CAMPAIGN
5. Any customer (“Participant(s)”) who purchases a Promo Product in the timeframe set in section II will have the right to benefit from the Promo Campaign and use the 20% off promo code as long as they are eligible according to section III and have followed the rules in section V. The Promo Campaign does not apply to active licenses and/or renewals.
6. Participants are not required to be citizens of or reside on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
7. By participating in the Promo Campaign Participants expressly consent to Organizer's collection, processing and use of their personal information that they have voluntarily provided in connection with this Promo Campaign under the terms of Organizer's privacy policy, which can be accessed at https://www.chaos.com/privacy.
V. RULES OF THE CHAOS BLACK FRIDAY CAMPAIGN
8. We are offering 20% off the 1st year of any Promo Product that will be purchased during the period of the Promo Campaign set forth hereby. The discount can be claimed via a single promo code that Participants will apply manually at checkout on the Chaos Corona website. The offer only applies to new licenses for Promo Products. It does not apply to renewals, upgrades and annual licenses for educational products.
Eligible Licenses of Promo Products: Corona Solo and Corona Premium.
The Promo code that provides 20% off to all licenses described above is: BF22.
Eligible Participants can use the promo discount code BF22 to make purchases on the Chaos Corona website. They can also take advantage of the discount by reaching out to their preferred Chaos partner. Please see below the list of all Chaos partners who decided to participate in the campaign.

Period of the Promo Campaign: the discount code must be used between 10AM EEST November 21, 2022 and 10AM EEST November 29, 2022.
9. The Organizer reserves the right at all times at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promo Campaign and these Terms, in whole or in part, as well as in the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer that interferes with the proper conduct of the Promo Campaign as contemplated by these Terms, including, without limitation, any error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause.
VI. PUBLICITY OF THE CHAOS BLACK FRIDAY CAMPAIGN AND USE OF THE INFORMATION
10. These terms and conditions will be publicly available and available for the entire duration of the Promo Campaign on the Organizer's website at: https://www.corona-renderer.com/black-friday-2022-terms where everyone interested should become acquainted with them.
VII. LOSS OF RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMO CAMPAIGN
11. Each of the Participants is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by him/her in connection with his/her participation in the Promo Campaign. The Organizer is fully entitled to deprive, upon its sole discretion, any person of participation in the Promo Campaign in case of violation, or suspicion of violation, of any of the conditions of these terms and conditions, or any attempted fraud or misuse.
VIII. PERSONAL DATA

IX. TERMINATION
13. The Organizer has the irrevocable right to change the terms or terminate the Promo Campaign at any time by announcing it on its website at https://www.corona-renderer.com/black-friday-2022-terms. Participants are under the obligation to check on a regular basis.
X. FINAL PROVISIONS
14. The Organizer reserves the right, at its own discretion, to amend and supplement these terms and conditions, and for this purpose, the changes should be announced and accessible to all Participants in accordance with Section VI. Publicity of the Promo Campaign.
15. Any change in the deadlines of this Promo Campaign will be duly published on the Organizer's website at https://www.corona-renderer.com/black-friday-2022-terms.
16. These Terms and Conditions are approved and accepted by an Authorized Representative of the Organizer. Governing law: the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria shall govern in all aspects, including but not limited to, torts committed with respect to the organization of the Promo Campaign. Disputes: any and all disputes shall be brought to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court(s) in Sofia, Bulgaria.
