in my max2014, i use multiscatter 1.2.0.3 .. when hit render, it always fail with prompt appear (see my attach) .. but, when i use other engine (mentalray and vray) its working normally with multiscatter. Is there any suggestion?

Ok, we are a bit confusing now, so i will try to wrap it up on what we have agreed with Keymaster:

There are 3 ways of doing background:

Geometry around the scene with CoronaMTL and enabled emission - VERY SLOW - Do not use

Geometry around the scene with ConstantMTL - FAST

Map in environment override slot - SLIGHTLY FASTER than ConstantMTL, but your map has to be spherical environment map, so photo or tiled photo wont do.

I hope this now makes sense...

Rawalanche, may i ask you, regarding those 3 items u mentioned, ConstantMTL <- how to use this? is it dragged to the background slot, i tried but cannot .. also into the corona render setting on the environment tab, cannot dragged into that.

i think there is a convertor script to convert from multiscatter to the coronascatter .. i test it already and the script is working ..
but, it will be great if corona can read the multitexture from Multiscatter, and the multiscatter object color .. :)

you can try using more passes with less pt samples or a lot of samples with less pass
try it on a scene and see what happens
yes bro .. i did some test before, untill i found the way how to get the shortest time to reach the best quality.. of course many thing will affect, and i am starting it till now .. maybe there is suggestion, really thanks for it .. :)

hmm .. and .. i dont know if this is correct thread, but i want to ask, is it possible if Corona can use CUDA, just like the hybrid of iRay which combine both our procie and CUDA device .. sorry for my english .. and sorry for my stupid question .. :)

sketchup has so many user, and also has been supported by many engine also, this mean sketchup is not just only a drawing tools .. :)

i would like if sketchup can have this corona plugin .. mostly i create modelling in sketchup, and also i have do rendering with vray for sketchup too .. so, i am so happy if corona can supported in sketchup .. ^_^

Just had a look on the review and ... sorry, but this review is totally worthless. It seems he does not have a clue what he's actually doing.

I've read in the review  " VRayHaitMtl ", so useful to make "Hait"...

emm... what is it mean first?

maybe it means Hair .. with vray 3.0, makes easy for hair material .. IMHO .. but i am not vray user .. :p
