Great work . Very nice materials and models.

Could be three things from my point of view.
Obvious first: Terminator bug, shadowlines and blocks with strong bump and low poly:

High poly is a subjektive thing, apply grey Corona Material and slap a turbosmooth on top to check.
If you use Normal maps, they could be inverted on some channel, like the usually needed green swap, has made line artifacts for me before.
Wrong smoothing groups. Apply new smooth modifier with smoothgroup 1, to See if that is the Problem, won't so anything if it is not.
Hey Dia, I took about 90 photos per object. I photographed each object at three angles(Top, Side, and Bottom 30x photos each) in a light tent with a white background on a turntable.
That wouldn't make sense as we list it as supported on our website:try fiddling with it in interactive and you will see... ;)
I think you wrong..we are 8 people using corona everyday since early beginning and we have no problem what so ever with interactive and vray hdri . Feels more like you want to promote corona bitmap but it aint that good yet.. until it has all the futures we need we are gonna stick with vray hdri ..

It should work fine in 90% cases. But I (personally) would not recommend using it. You can achieve exactly the same results as with Vray HDRI using native Max's or Corona's bitmap node, and Color Correction (the only problem is that CC makes rendering slightly slower). There is a support case in our helpdesk portal right now where I suspect that Vray HDRI is causing some flickering, even when using pt+pt.
