I just submitted a help ticket regarding DR, I was logged in already.
I went to submit the ticket and it asked me to log in again. It wouldnt let me log in.
I clicked forgot password and it said "you must be logged out to view this page"
It appears the ticket was submitted twice anyway as i have two email confirmations.

Sounds like some browser glitch. Have you tried restarting browser, clearing cache, using different browser?
I don't think anyone else has ever reported this before.

I don't think anyone else has ever reported this before.

At the time i tried incognito the second attempt. Was very strange but thought id post just incase others ever experience the same thing.
