Just lower GI/AA further down to 2. You need to balance your AA rays with secondary rays. Right now, your lighting, shadows and reflections are clean while DoF is still noisy. Decreasing GI/AA further down to 2 should even the sampling out.

As Rawalanche says, try to use  GI/AA further down to 2.
Unfortunately, Corona hasn't a good adaptive sampling.
So, DOF+Bright reflections is a very big, big problem.
In this situation, with my test, I can say that it's impossible to obtain clean image with reasonable render time.

Can you send us the scene? I would like to try it with our adaptivity prototype (http://corona-renderer.com/upload)
Rendering is magic.
