Hi friends,
If the goal was to render a high quality car model, which one would be a better choice? CAD modeling or Polygonal modeling?
Note that the goal is just rendering a photorealistic car model and not manufacturing?
Please explain why you'd choose that option?

Yeah, You are right, I keep asking the same question because I've really confused what is the best strategy. Please help me to get to a good answer. Which one is more easier than the other while has high quality? CAD (Like SolidWorks) or Polygonal modeling (Like C4D)?

I was joking. You can sculpt a car if you want but it wouldn't be my preferred technique.
Easier than the other and high quality?
It seems like you're looking for magic, something that does ALL the work for you.

The quality is always determined by the user.

I don't know.
You should know.

Go with the one you know best, the one you're more comfortable with.
If you really don't know, try both.
