Hello!
I am running the latest beta:

Full-speed non-debug version
Build timestamp: Feb  5 2018 10:06:48
Version: B1  (core 1.7)
Cinema version: CINEMA 4D Studio R18.057 S
Plugin status: initialized successfully

When rendering a job on my iMac workstation I end up with a render time of 10 minutes. When I Team Render including my old MacPro dual Xeon (E5620) render time ends up in 30 minutes. I am clearly doing something wrong.

Anyone got a clue?

Hi, can you try again with the latest daily build and see if you're getting the same results?

If so, it might be best to look at your file.

Teamrender with latest daily build seems back to slower result than local (single) render. Known issue?

Teamrender with latest daily build seems back to slower result than local (single) render. Known issue?

Still not able to replicate this here, in one test, it was 3m 11s for local render, 1m 52s for team render using 3 nodes, to same number of passes (10, in this case). With the network overhead in such a small number of passes, and fact that the two nodes are slower than the main machine, this is about the expected improvement (rather than 3 times faster)

Some questions:

- Is this TR to Picture Viewer, or TR through the web manager? My test was to picture viewer.
- Is this PC, or Mac?
- Is this every scene, or just particular scenes?
- Is this for rendering to passes, or noise limit?

Thanks!
