I used the 3Ds max, Corona Renderer and Photoshop.

Just so you don't feel bad, I didn't give you less than other judges ( I didn't know how anyone else scored ) I just didn't give anyone else more than 90 :- ) Given that everyone could still improve.

Everything looks good, except water. It looks like its a bit frozen or has some kind of top layer. It should not act like that. If the water is still the reflections should be quite sharp. Anyways it should not look like in you image. :) I think everyone will agree. :)

unless you wanted to use a very long exposure and the water was moving a bit. So it got blurred out.  :) is that correct? Or am I wrong :)?

yes it`s true. i add some blur detail on water in Post Production. Because I wanted to add more Effect on that and not completely flat.
