Hi guys this is not that important bug because I cannot reproduce it and it happens only sporadically. Cinema freezes while rendering in vfb.
There is not much else I can add, I hope the text file will reveal more to you.
I am on latest c4d and v.5 corona.
Mac os Catalina

Hi there, It might not be important to you but to us, all crashes are serious ;) Can you at least tell me more about your scene and what was being rendered? You mentioned Cinema freezes, does it then crash or are you forcing it closed? Are any third-party plugins being used? You're running R21 I assume?

Hello,
since it is not precisely reproducible i don't want to make fuss about it. There is an error window about problem and then program freezes and needs to be forced to quit. It may happen in medium complex scene or while rendering one material objects.
I am attaching another Crash report, hope this helps.
I am using latest Corona and Cinema. Maybe this could help, Blender used to crash during rendering while using eGPU and external monitor.

Hi Daniel, Thanks for the additional report. Does this also happen when rendering with the standard renderer or just with Corona?

Since I use only Corona I cannot tell. This is an email I got from maxon due to crash reports:

++This email is just an information for you, please do not reply.++

You forwarded a bugreport to us at 2019/12/09.

The crash has been caused by Coronas renderplugin.

To avoid further crashes remove the plugin from your installation of Cinema 4D or try to install the latest version of this plugin.

You should inform and describe this problem to the developer of the plugin to assure he can reconstruct the issue and fix the problem.

Please be aware, that every installed plugin could cause crashes everytime, as they are loaded on startup of the program.

Hello,
since last Mac OS update to 10.15.2 these crashes have disappeared. I suspect Apple fixed something related to eGPUs. I would close this case for now, thanks.
