How did you do the ocean mesh?

Was it fr ocean? Houdini ocean toolkit?

It's chaos group phoenix ocean displacement texture on a simple plane (tessellated for better displacement subdivision).

It's not a bitmap. That's a procedural "texture" from ChaosGroup PhoenixFD:

You should buy Phoenix FD plugin to get it.

Just one thing that disturb me, is that boat is still, it should swing a little bit on a water.
